Belarus may suspend dry milk export to Russia

Belarus may suspend dry milk export to Russia in Q2 and Q3, Yelena Skrynnik, the Russian agriculture minister, said at a cabinet meeting on Monday, according to Interfax.  She said that the agriculture ministries of the two countries signed a joint import-export plan providing for a decrease in dry milk export from Belarus to Russia.
