Ceremonies are
to be held in Belarus'
Baranavichy district to mark the 90th anniversary of the end of World War I. A rally and
a service for the fallen are to take place at the military cemetery near the village of Kisyali, the site of a major battle, said
Zhanna Bulyha, an official with the Baranavichy District Executive Committee.
A replay of
a World War I battle is to be staged outside the village of Dubrouna.
Invited to
take part have been German, Hungarian, Serb and Russian diplomats, reported
BelaPAN.
Interfax said that the grand-grand son of the German chancellor, Alexander
von Bismarck, and Princess Natalie Galitsyna, a descendant of a Russian general
who took part in the war, are expected to attend the ceremonies.
