Belarus kickboxer knockouts Russian under Zorachki song (photo)

Our fighters have displayed an excellent performance at the kickboxing European championship among professionals in Kazan. The quarter finals took place at the arena of the Russian hockey club Akbars on May 26 in Kazan. The tournament has a status of European championship among professionals. The most famous kickboxers from around Europe took part in the tournament, but the strongest -- the Dutch, Belarusians and Russians -- advanced the semifinals.

Vital Hurkou (Chynuk Club, Minsk) defeated Russian Vladimir Shakai in the second round. He was enetering the ring with Liapis Trubetskoi's Zorachki song being played. Four days before, the Belarusian had won the European championship as part of the Belarus national team.


"Well done! The boys left no chances to their opponents", Belarus coach Dzmitry Piasetski commented to the European Radio for Belarus.



Heavy-weight Ihar Buhayenka from Minsk defeated Dagestan's Magomedov in four rounds. He was close to knock out the Russian.



Apparently, Buhayenka will face Russia's Alexander Stsetsurenko who knock oued Aliaksandr Shlakunou from Polack.


 


The quarterfinals will be held in the fall. Belarusians will face with Russia's best fighters like Artiom Levin who knocked out several Belarusians and Vladimir Mineev, 19 from Moscow who stated that he would defeat everyone to become the world champion in all the versions..
