BCDTU will not celebrate May Day
The Belarusian Congress of Democratic Trade Unions has not been allowed to organize an action in Park of 50th anniversary of October revolution.
The leader of the Belarusian Congress of Democratic Trade Unions Alyaksandr Yarashuk told ERB that they would not participate in any other actions dated for the day.
Alyaksandr Yarashuk: "Representatives of our organizations decided that it was not proper to participate in actions organized by the others in such a situation. They are not connected with trade unions… We cannot participate in such actions under other flags, under the flags of political parties, especially when it is at Bangalore Square”.
Let me remind you that communists are going to celebrate May Day at Bangalore Square.
