Alyaksandr Lukashenka condoles with Ryhor Baradulin’s relatives

"Ryhor Baradulin’s work plays a special part in the Belarusian culture. The people’s spiritual world and philosophical and moral issues of the humanity were reflected in his verses and poems. That is why they are interesting to readers of different generations,” the President said.

"I am sure that amateurs of the Belarusian literature will remember Ryhor Baradulin as one of the best-known masters of words,” Lukashenka noted.

Ryhor Baradulin died at the age of 79 on March 2. He will be buried today.
