About 3500 prisoners to visit Orthodox churches in Belarus

About 3500 out of 50 thousand Belarusian prisoners are going to visit Orthodox churches. The head of the Belarusian Exarchate Social Rehabilitation Centre for former prisoners Ihar Ramanouski has informed about it. The centre was created as a structural unit oo Minsk diocese in 2003 in order to provide for social and psychological adaptation, moral and spiritual education and rebirth of former prisoners and people suffering from alcohol and drug addition, reports a portal Sobor.by. The centre’s confessor is a Minsk priest Vasil Litvinka.
