80 percent of Belarusians fear bank loans

Up to 80% of Belarusians fear to take loans from the banks, according to a report released by SATIO, a center for systemic business technologies.

Respondents would tell the poslters that they would opt to refuse from a loan because they had little information about the reliability and accessibility of this financial service.

According to the Belarus's Central Bank, around Br560.5 thousand were indebted by citizens for their property and consumption loans as of January 1, 2007.
