23-year-old owner of drug cartel wanted in Belarus

A huge criminal grouping connected with a number of teenagers’ deaths from dangerous psychotropic agents in 2014 has been revealed, the Investigation Committee claimed. Investigators have proof of the group’s connection with the death of two young men and a girl at the beginning of 2014.

Investigators have found the names of all the grouping members and of the organizers of the criminal business. Many of them have been arrested.

23-year-old Yuri Anatoliyevich Zaitsev is considered to be one of the key members and the ideological leader of the criminal grouping. He is wanted by Interpol now. Investigators have prevented Zaitsev and other people from withdrawing Br1.5 billion from Minsk ATMs. Over Br680 million from figureheads’ accounts has been arrested.

The infringers knew about the danger of spices for their consumers. They used foreign recipes but did not stick to the formula much when making their drugs.
