15:15 Opposition activist arrested for 7 days in Mahiljou
An opposition activist in the city of Mahiljou, Anton Uscimcuk has been sentenced to seven days of administrative arrest for alleged "dirty cursing". The 19-year-old activist was detained on March 24 by police in Minsk who said the young man was abusing Minskers with his hand signs and dirty cursing. Anton was scheduled to be tried on March 26, but the trial was postponed for April 2, because lawyers were not immediately available for the detainee.
