150 kilos of radioactive Belarusian chanterelles buried in Smolensk

150 kilos of Belarusian chanterelles suppressed in Smolensk. The mushrooms were collected in Homel Region’s forests and it has turned out that they are hazardous to health, informs a website SmolNews.ru.

According to Smolensk veterinary service, the amount of radioactive substances contained in the chanterelles was twice higher than the norm.

According to regulations, the mushrooms have been buried in a special firing ground like dangerous waste.
