12:07 FIFA President to visit Minsk
The President of the Fédération Internationale de Football Associations Joseph S. Blatter is going to visit Minsk on March 16. The head of the Belarusian Football Association Henadz Nyavyhlas informed about it at the report conference on Sunday.
Nyavyhlas noted that the programme of the FIFA President’s visit was being worked out according to his preference. The 57th FIFA Congress where a new FIFA President will be elected is to take place in Zurich from May 29 to May 31. Blatter is going to run for the post for the third term. He was first elected in 1998.
