Zhlobin members of the Young Front have joined the action ‘I Love Belarus’ and hoisted a white-red-white flag in the centre of the city. The flag appeared in Pyatrouski Street (next to the City Executive Committee and near the main city square) on February 6, the youth organization website reports.
The local House of Culture, several banks, a railway station and a police station area also situated not far from the spot. Policemen came to remove the flag 20 minutes later.
The Young Front launched the white-red-white marathon ‘I Love Belarus’ on February 4. The action will last for 10 days and ended with the congratulation of outstanding cultural figures in Minsk. Activists hoisted white-red-white flags in Babruisk and Maladzechna earlier.
