Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs allows fire arms
Vitali Zaharchenko has signed the order to provide policemen with fire arms. He said on February 20.
The Acting Minister of Internal Affairs has allowed using fire arms. “I have signed the corresponding order for the Antiterrorism Centre of the SBU,” RIA Novosti quotes the statement.
However, the police used fire arms against protesters in Kiev even without this order.
