Supreme Court considers case of “Nasha Vyasna” organization

A hearing of the complaint of founders of a human rights organization “Nasha Vyasna” (“Our Spring”) about the actions of the Ministry of Justice will start in the Supreme Court of Belarus on Tuesday. Human rights activists demand to cancel the decision to refuse the possibility of registration of the civil association.
BelaPAN reminds that the Ministry of Justice doubts the fact of the organization’s constituent assembly because, in officials’ opinion, the office of the United Civil Party that was used for it is too small.

"Nasha Vyasna" (former name - "Vyasna") was liquidated by the Supreme Court in 2003. All legalization attempts have been unsuccessful since then.
