Separatists reinforce barricades near regional administration in Donetsk
Separatists reinforce the barricades with tire casings and barbed wire near building of Donetsk regional administration.
About 150 people have gathered near the building, UNIAN reports. Many of them are armed with sticks, bats and shields taken away from policemen on Sunday. They are wearing masks and balaclavas. Piles of stones needed for self-defence are lying in the flower beds and on the threshold of the building.
Russian state flags can be seen on the flagstaff near and on the building.
Lugansk separatists who seized the Ukrainian Security Service building are constructing barricades too. They have also enclosed the National Bank Department with a metal fence.
Kharkiv policemen are negotiating with protesters who have seized Kharkiv Oblast Administration there. The protesters have agreed to leave the building.
