Russian gas supplies to Europe via Ukraine to be resumed soon

Ukraine has signed the protocol on multilateral monitoring of the transit of Russian gas to Europe, reports the BBC. According to the Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolánek, Ukraine has approved and accepted all the terms allowing Russia to export gas.

There are no obstacles for the creation of monitoring groups and resuming the transit. The European countries suffering from the irregularity of gas supplies will be able to get gas 36 hours after the transfer is resumed.
