Representative office of European Commission to be opened in Minsk on March 7
A representative office of the European Commission (executive power of the European Union) is planned to be opened in Minsk on March 7.
“Radio Liberty” informed about it referring to an EU official of high rank. A corresponding document is planned to be signed in Brussels.

The EU suggested that Belarus should create its own representative office of the European Commission at the end of 2006. However, it took Alyaksandr Lukashenka two years to give permission to do it.
