U.S. State Secretary: We'll defend ourselves and our allies

The U.S. State Secretary has underlined that the United States will not recognize North Korea as a nuclear state. Recalling Pyohgyang's threats, Kerry has noted that the United States are capable of defending themselves and their allies - South Korea and Japan, informs Reuters.

On Tuesday, the DPRK authorities announced their intention to resume the work of the reactor in the Yongbyon Nuclear Scientific Research Center, terminated in 2007. Before this, North Korea stepped out with nuclear bombing threats against South Korea and even the United States.
