Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu and Andrei Dzmitryyeu summoned to KGB
Volha Nyaklyayeva has informed zapraudu.info that her husband went to KGB at 2 p.m. and has not returned yet.
The summons may be connected with arraignment according to article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus- “organization and preparation for actions rudely violating the civil order or active participation in them”.
