Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu and Iryna Khalip under home arrest

The Belarusian KGB have informed this to BELTA's correspondent.

Change of restraint "is based on the results of the previously conducted investigation actions, clarification of the basic circumsatnces of the criminal case on mass disturbances in Minsk on December 19, the role of each accused and their way of behaviour, by the investigation authorities upon coordination with the public prosecutor's office", - explained the KGB representatives.
