Smoking in public places to be prohibited in Ukraine since December 16
The corresponding law has been published at the government's web-site.
The new prohibition will cover restaurants,
cultural institutions, closed sports buildings, educational and upbringing
establishments, children's playgrounds and other places. The prohibition will
concern not just ordinary cigarettes, but electronic cigarettes and kalians as
well.
The
biggest fine for violation of this law will make 1250 dollars, states RBC.
Besides,
it is prohibited to smoke in public transport since June 17 in Ukraine.
