Plainclothes police at “silent actions” – Minister’s initiative
Minister of Internal Affairs Anatol Kulyashou has told it answering the question of “Komsomolskaya Pravda in Belarus”.
According to him, no law forbids the Minister to introduce the rules of wearing police uniform.
Kulyashou has also informed that the new draft on mass actions was prepared by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Let us remind you that the new law may introduce responsibility for both mass actions and “mass inactivity”.
