Peftsiyeu sells company involved in arms export
"Beltechexport" has been acquired by Russian businessman Dmitry Gurinovich.
The enterprise has confirmed the information to “Interfax-West” and noted that “Uladzimir Paulavich Peftsiyeu has left the group of companies”.
Let us remind you that one of the best-known Belarusian businessmen Uladzimir Peftsiyeu was added on the EU “backlist” last year. The Council of the EU imposed sanctions on three of his companies in June 2011. The decision was aimed at enhancing the financial pressure exercised on the Belarusian authorities to make them stop repressions directed against the opposition. Uladzimir Peftsiyeu brought 4 suits against the Council of the EU after that.
