A movie about Belarusian-Polish frontier zone to be shown in Bialystok
The main characters of the movie are a Pole with Belarusian origin Radek Dombrowski and a Belarusian with Polish origin Pavel Mitskevich.
A 50-minutes movie "Through Frontier Zone on a Tandem" is in fact a bicycle journey around the settlements and villages which are located at both sides of the border line. Pavel and Radek show each other their native places and look for similarities between the local inhabitants of Podlasie and Western Belarus.
The first show will take place on January 26 in the cinema "Forum" in Bialystok. The movie was prepared by the creative collective "PODLASIE MAKES ME HAPPY" and the Bialystok cultural center in the framework of the civil project "A Bison wakes Podlasie up".
