MEP forbidden to enter Belarus

The incident occurred in Brest. The MEP was made to get off his train and was delivered to the border control area. Marek Migalski was informed that he would not be allowed to enter Belarus. The MEP did not manage to find out the reason for the travel ban, informs the Polish agency PAP.


The MEP was heading for Minsk by the invitation of “Vyasna”. He was supposed to meet representatives of the Belarusian Helsinki Committee, the Belarusian Association of Journalists and members of the international observation mission and opposition leaders.
