European Union's summit to start today
The issues which concern overcoming the crisis in the European zone will be discussed there.
It is considered that the initiative of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and President of France Nicolas Sarkozy will be discussed at the summit. The initiative prescribes elaboration of the new base document of the EU.
Let us remind you, Angela Merkel stated on December 2 that Europe needed a new "stable union" with reinforced budget control and regulation of a state debt level.
