Early voting starts today
It will last from September 18 to September 22 inclusive. The main election day will be September 23.
You can receive a ballot paper if you have your passport or driving license on you. Soldiers can show their military IDs, officials can show their service certificates. Moreover, you can vote if you bring your pension certificate or student's ID if there is a photograph in them. Citizens who have lost their passports can receive a reference in the Department of the Interior.
By the way, human rights defenders have informed many times that the majority of law violations are registered during early voting.
