Early voting already started in Homel? (photo)
Judging by a note near one of the election centres, it started last Saturday.
According to the note attached to the door of Homel school #3 (Homel-Soviet constituency #34), the early voting started on September 8 and will finish on September 22.
"No, you cannot vote at the moment, - the district election committee reassured Euroradio. - September 8... the district committee started working on that day. You can come, ask questions and check whether you are on the list of electors".
Let us remind you that, according to the law, the early voting should start on September 18. September 23 is the polling day of the parliamentary election.
