CEC to register candidates for Council of Republic members
The Central Elections Committee will consider the documents for nomination of senator candidates in the regions and in Minsk, on September 5.
Let us remind you, presidiums of city and district councils, as well as executive committees, dealt with nomination issues. The candidates will start campaigning after the registration in the CEC. Voting in the regional councils and Minsk city council will take place by September 25 - 8 people will be elected from every region and Minsk, and 8 more members will be appointed by the state leader.
The CEC will also consider issues of campaigning of the House of Representatives deputy candidates at today's session, informs BELTA.
