BT head can watch independent TV now

The present was left on the Belarusian State Broadcasting Company entrance checkpoint, BelaPAN reports. Mihas Yanchuk,  Belsat representative in Belarus, explained that they had decided to present the satellite dish to Davydzka after his speech at the BSU faculty of Journalism last week. The head of the BT claimed that he could not watch Belsat but still condemned the channel for its activities.

Yanchuk expressed a hope that "the Belarusian state TV would turn into a Belarusian civil TV that would serve the whole nation instead of only one family or the authorities one day."
