BPF leaders visit Mahileu region at Chernobyl anniversary (photo)
They made a trip to the road Cherykau-Kastsyukovichy - the villages demolished in the 90s because of high radiation used to be there.

Kastusyou (in the photo at the top) and many activists from Minsk and
Mahileu region participated in this trip.
The BPF members visited the memorial stones located at the places of the former
villages Vepryn, Chudzyany, Malinauka and Novamalinauka. They decorated the
stones with white-red-white ribbons, lit lampads and put baskets with flowers. The
territory around the stones was cleaned.
The traditional "Chernobyl Way" street action has been allowed by Minsk authorities and will take place on April 26. The participants will gather near the "Kastrychnik" cinema at 18.30 on Friday. The action is planned to be over by 21.00, in the Peoples' Friendship Square.
