A Belarusian in a stolen car detained at Russian-Latvian border
This car disappeared in Germany recently.
According to the information provided by delfi.lv, Latvian customs officers stopped the car driven by a Belarusian citizen for checking at the border-crossing point "Tserakhava". They had a suspicion that the technical passport for the car and the numbers were faked, which confirmed later. The investigation is in progress.
