"Report on condition of independent culture and NGOs in Belarus" was presented in the Belarusian House in Warsaw. The presentation was organized by the foundation "Kultura Enter" and the informational bureau of solidarity with Belarus.

The report was published as a book in Polish and English. It was presented by, from the one side, Belarusian philosopher Valyantsin Akudovich and one of creators of the "Narodny Album" artist Michal Anempadystau. Unfortunately, editor of the Polish civil-cultural Internet bulletin "Kultura Enter" Pawel Laufer couldn't come. His car got broken on the way from Lublin to Warsaw.

The report was aimed at correction of the lack of knowledge about the Belarusian independent culture and the third sector. It is oriented to a foreign reader in the first place.

This is the first book in a series of 7 books about the Belarusian culture in the framework of the project "Report on condition of independent culture and NGOs in Eastern Partnership countries and Russia". Valyantsin Akudovich expressed his hope that these reports would become the basis for a full-capacity encyclopedia of the Belarusian culture.

Among the authors of the book there are Lyavon Volski, Nina Shydlouskaya, Andrej Kudzinenka and others. After the presentation, Akudovich and Anempadystau answered the questions of the audience.
