Belarusian and Russian opposition to sign agreement
The United Civil Party and the People's Freedom Party will sign a cooperation agreement.
A press conference dated for the event will be held in Minsk on Wednesday. UCP leader Anatol Lyabedzka and co-leader of the PFP Boris Nemtsov will participate in it. It will start at 11.30 a.m.
The two politicians will meet the public in the BPF office in Minsk at 3.30 p.m.
