“Barysau News” gets confiscated office equipment back

The editor-in-chief, Anatol Bukas, does not think that it will be possible to get them back.

The editor-in-chief has been complaining to the Prosecutor’s Office since the post-election search in December, 2001. He received a phone call from the police and was allowed to get the office equipment back only six months later.

Policemen advised Anatol Bukas against using the equipment in a private conversation. They said that special services had access to it and that there could be various “bugs”.
