Atroshchankau, Malchanau and Novik’s complaints to be considered today
The hearing will start in Dunin-Martsinkevich Street, 1/3 at 10 a.m.
Minsk City Court will consider the complaint about the sentence pronounced to Andrei Sannikau’s press secretary – Alyaksandr Atroshchankau – on April 5. The journalist’s complaint will be considered with Alyaksandr Malchanau and Zmitser Novik’s complaints.
Antroshchkau, Malchanau and Novik will not be present in the court room during the hearing.
Let us remind you that Tatstsyana Charkas, judge of Minsk Frunze District Court pronounced the sentences on March 2 – journalist Alyaksandr Atroshchankau was imprisoned for 4 years, Zmitser Novik – for 3.5 years and Alyaksandr Malchanau – for 3 years in a top-security prison.
