Protesters: Berkut shooting at crowd in Kiev
The riot police are using water-cannons against protesters at the intersection of Institutskaya and Shelkovichnaya Streets.
Berkut member are simply shooting at the crowd, censor.net.ua quotes activist Anasiya Beryoza. Flash-bang grenades and tear gas are also being used against protesters.
People are throwing stones and petards and Molotov cocktails at policemen in response. A driving inspector’s sentry box cough fire because of Molotov cocktails at the intersection of Institutskaya and Shelkovichnaya Streets.
Protesters are also igniting fireworks but often fail to send them into the air and the sparkles reach the protesters themselves.
