Prominent activist Ales Byaliatski admitted to hospital with pneumonia

Prominent human rights activist Ales Byaliatski has been admitted to Hospital No 3 in Minsk with pneumonia, reports Nasha Niva newspaper.
Byaliatski says an additional ward has been opened for pneumonia patients, while many people stay even in corridors.

There is a shortage of beds. Chairs are borrowed from the hospital's canteen. Currently, there are 17 patients in the corridor.

Byaliatski also says that quarantine has not been announced, as the canteen is open for visitors.
