Poroshenko, Merkel, Hollande and Putin may meet in Minsk on February 11

The leaders of Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia may hold a meeting in Minsk on Wednesday, February 11, to discuss the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.

The representative of the German Chancellor, Steffen Seibert, said that the decision was taken on the basis of telephone consultations of the heads of the four states, interfax.by reports.

Telephone conversations between Angela Merkel, Francois Hollande, Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Putin took place on Sunday, February 8. Seibert called the negotiations thorough, Associated Press reports. No additional details were disclosed.

Preparatory work for the Minsk meeting will happen on Monday in Berlin.
