A flash mob of about 100 students was organized in Vitsebsk on April 16. The action was dated for the 100-day countdown until the start of the cultural project Marriage extravaganza ‘Lovers over the city’ dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Marc Chagall and Bella Rosenfeld’s marriage.
The flash mob participants launched balloons into the air.
