The reasons for personnel evacuation and smoke have not been reported yet. Fire rescuers have been called to the NPP.
Let us remind you, the first explosion at Fukushima 1 occurred on Saturday because the NPP’s cooling system had been damaged by March 11 earthquake. The roof of the first power unit was destroyed. Several radiadtion leaks have been registered at the NPP. All local inhabitants in the 20 km area around the NPP were evacuated.
