Opposition activist Kanstantsin Zhukouski is detained at concert of “NRM” in Homel

An opposition activist Kanstantsin Zhukouski was detained by the police during a concert of “NRM” that took place in Homel City Cultural Centre yesterday. He was giving out festive postcards dated for the 90th anniversary of the BPR.
