No medals for Belarus at track and field world championship
The tournament was held in Moscow on August 10-18.
The athletes from 38 countries won the medals. The top five look as follows - Russia (7 golden, 4 silver and 6 bronze medals), the USA (6, 14, 5), Jamaica (6, 2, 1), Kenya (5, 4, 3) and Germany (4, 2, 1).
The Belarusian team won two medals - silver and bronze - at the previous track and field world championship in 2011 in South Korea. There were no medals in 2009 in Berlin, the same as now, reminds BelaPAN.
