FC Dynama Minsk through to Europa League group stage
The Belarusian side defeats Nacional in a return play-off match 3:2 (5:2 aggregate) to reach the group stage of Europa League for the first time in history.
The Portuguese club opened the score. Matias scored a penalty shot during the 30th minute. However, Dynama equalized two minutes later. Udodzhy scored the goal with the help of captain Ihar Stasevich’s pass and Slobodan Simovic scored the second goal (also with the help of Stasevich’s pass) 8 minutes afterwards.
Nacional managed to equalize in the second period: Ghazal scored a goal during the 53rd minute. However, Udodzhy scored the final goal of the match 10 minutes later. By the way, all Dynama’s goals were headed.
The Europa League group stage draw will be organized on August 29.
