Mass media: Satellite registered heat outbreak before A321 crash

СМІ: Спадарожнік зафіксаваў цеплавую ўспышку перад падзеннем самалёта A321

An American infrared satellite registered a heat outbreak right before the Russian airplane crash in Egypt, NBC News refers to its sources in the U.S. Ministry of Defence. 224 people including 3 Belarusians died in the A321 crash in Egypt on October 31.

The outbreak testifies that there was a blast on board – it could be a bomb or explosion in fuel tanks, Americans think. The satellite registered no traces of missiles near the plane.

It is still not clear what made the airplane fall apart in the air. ISIS terrorists have already assumed responsibility for it. However, no terrorist groupings have long-range missiles in Egypt, experts say. That is why the bomb version is being mentioned most often. It is too early to make conclusions now, the Russian authorities say.
