Lukashenka to visit Vietnam and Turkmenistan before Russia

On Tuesday, Aliaksandr Lukashenka is going on an official visit to Vietnam and Turkmenistan. They will be held on 8-12 December. According to BelTA, during the visit the head of Belarus will hold talks with Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang, meet with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, the head of the Communist Party Nguyen Phu Trong.    

In Turkmenistan, Lukashenka will meet with President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. It is expected that there will be signed a number of international documents. The Belarusian leader intends to visit the Olympic Village, a joint Belarusian-Turkmen trade fair. It is noted that Lukashenka will take part in the international conference "The Policy of Neutrality: International Cooperation for Peace, Security and Development."

Note that Aliaksandr Lukashenka promised to make his first official visit after the presidential elections to Russia. It was scheduled for the end of November, but later postponed. Then there was an international scandal - Turkey hit the Russian military aircraft. For the first time after the elections, Lukashenka is not going to Moscow.
