Lukashenka says will pick government to work after 2015 elections

Alyaksandr Lukashenka wants soon to hold a series of meetings on the most topical issues concerning the country. He stated this at a meeting in the Mahiliou region on Wednesday, BELTA reports.

In the near future, the head of Belarus expects to get a government report and review of the socio-economic development and the budget for 2015. He also wants to hear the report of the head of the Hrodna region Uladzimir Krautsou. "First of all, I have to make a conclusion, if my choice was correct," said Lukashenka.

In Vitsebsk region a meeting on agriculture will be held. The head of state also wants to hear a report from group dealing with issues in utilities.

Lukashenka also said that he is trying to build new management base in the country. "A year later, together we will have to report before the Belarusian people. Those who oversee personnel appointments, must have noticed that there are new faces in the management, and this process will not end tomorrow. There is a practice: before the presidential elections, people need to clearly see the team that will work after the elections."
