Lukashenka: People have expectations that need to be satisfied

Лукашэнка: У грамадстве назапасіліся чаканні, іх трэба задаволіць

There are lots of expectations in the society that need to be satisfied, Alyaksandr Lukashenka claimed at the today’s meeting dedicated to the country’s development. He is not going to make use of populism and thinks that it should be excluded from politics, BELTA reports.

“The expectations may be characterized this way: we supported you and we do support you but we need changes for the better,” Lukashenka said.

The living standards should go up in Belarus and the people who voted for the incumbent President at the election are expecting it, Lukashenka noted.

“I cannot tell you how it will happen. We need to give people jobs and to demand efficient work from them,” Alyaksandr Lukashenka said.
