Lukashenka commented on the situation in Donets Basin, refugees from Ukraine, the recent summit in Minsk and ‘the evil Uncle Sam from oversees’. The Belarusian leader recalled again that he was called ‘Europe’s last dictator’. “Rejoice, as I am the last one… Stalin left long ago, the others have already left and I am leaving now…” Alyaksandr Lukashenka said.
