Fires shot on streets in Mahilyou
Fires were shot from pneumatic guns in two incidents in the eastern city of Mahilyou. The hooligans who were under the influence of alcohol were arrested by the police, reports ONT television channel. One of the "shooters", a 19-year-old, was reportedly driving a vehicle. The drunk driver without a driving permit smashed into a barrier near the children's playground and used his pneumatic gun in a quarrel with local residenets. Luckily, nobody was injured. Nevertheless, the young man is facing up to seven years in prison, if convicted.
In another incident, a resident of Mahilyou pulled out his pneumatic pistol and shot at a man's cheek during a quarrel. He told the police that he was using the weapon for self-defense.
